Winchester Utility System Board meetings take place on the second Monday of every month, unless otherwise specified. They are held at the main office at 5:00 PM and are open to the public.
In order to be part of the board agenda, you must submit a request in writing no later than noon on the Monday a week prior to the board meeting.
The maximum occupancy for the meeting location is 75 persons.
