Help Others Pay Their Bills
Project Help is a program designed to assist with utility bills for those in need, such as the elderly or disabled. Winchester Utility System offers customers the ability to add a set amount to their monthly bill that will go to the Project Help Program. Winchester Utility System collects and forwards the funds to the agency that handles the requests for and the distribution of these funds.
If you are interested in participating, you must fill out the Project Help Form and return it to Winchester Utility System.
